Senior HR Consultant & Director
Kay is a Human Resources consultant with ten years of experience in industry, health, not-for-proﬁt, government and private sector.
From a background in Accounting and Finance, Kay has honed her Human Resources skills across the globe, working in Australia, Europe, India and The Middle East.
Kay is passionate about setting up HR processes from scratch and ensuring small businesses have the HR support they need with strong industrial knowledge.
Kay also holds an SA Investigator’s License and can undertake independent and conﬁdential investigations and interviews.
In addition, she’s our in-house NDIS expert!
Kay is available out-of-business hours to help you out with those urgent queries too.

From an engineering background, Nick brings balance and diversity of experience to the Urban HR team & clients. Nick is our resident WHS expert too, with experience across a number of fields.
Nick has worked in private, commonwealth, and state government settings and has signiﬁcant experience leading and managing staﬀ in difficult situations.
Nick has also worked on cross border projects, coordinating budgets and resource deployment and is our WHS and quality management expert.
